Negotiations are the interaction of the parties associated with the presence of two or more partners with diverse interests. The main goal of the negotiations is to reach consensus. As a rule, negotiators insist on converting different interests into common goals, adjusting existing concepts, trying to raise the "bar" of requirements at the beginning of the negotiation process. Negotiations have always been the best way to solve problems. Diplomatic negotiations, based on the norms of international law, have proven themselves to be the best in the process of resolving controversial issues. The advantages of negotiations are significant: costs and efforts are less, the opportunity to introduce agreed points of view into the agreement, creative vision of differences in the relationship between partners is resolved in the long term, increased involvement and responsibility of partners, resources are allocated rationally, based on a collective decision, a friendly approach to the negotiation process, reduces the likelihood of conflicts. |
