Rezumat

The sociopsychological analysis of the public opinion needs some definite elements. From a historical point of view the public opinion is a social fact as Emile Durkheim considered it he referred to different ways of working, thinking and feeling, outside the individual life and which have a power to constrain due to which they submit. Secondly, to analysis the public opinion from a sociological point of view means to look at the phenomenon as a whole , as a unit, to analyse all its aspects, psychologically, informationally, linguistically, statistically, statistically, etc. The public opinion should be studied with a sociologic methods and techniques among which the survey represents the mosed used method and the best known.
