This article is devoted to the analyses of operation of the political regime types, which were implemented in the Republic of Moldova during 20 years, because it is looking for an optimal way of governance, directed to ensure finalization of the democratic transition through the edification of the law state and a functioning market economy. In the context of economic and legislative instability of our country, there are the propose to come back to the semi presidential/ semi parliamentary republic to avoid the constitutional crisis and to ensure the respect of constitutional provisions regarding the separation of power in state, as well as to modify the Electoral Code by passing to the mix system of the deputy election in the parliament to enhance the responsibility between citizens and the supreme legislature, but pursuing the consolidation of party system.
