The author presents a new scientific approach of teaching/assimilating the subject „penal responsibility for robbery". The study, conceived as a methodological guide, will facilitate the teaching/assimilating of the complicated material regarding the penal responsibility for robbery. By means of this sui generis guide, the achievement of diverse tasks determined by the general objectives of the subject „Criminal Law. The Special Part will be made more accessible. The knowledge transfer will contribute to developing the capacities of solving the problem situations, the abilities of taking the necessary attitudes in order to create an efficient mechanism of professional qualification in the domain of law. |
