The present work is devoted to a major topic of contemporary scientific debate. It is a topic as definite in actuality for the Central and East European countries, in particular. Because the Rule of Law in these countries has been, until recently, a practically unknown. Therefore, enriching this notion and putting it into effect is central to the endeavour of change. |
