The article is analyzing the new constituent elements of the offence recently introduced in the Criminal Law of Republic of Moldova. Offence is analyzed from the point of view of the necessity of introducing criminal responsibility for the utilization, development, production, obtaining in other ways, elaboration, piling or conservation, direct or indirect transfer, proliferation, transformation of weapons of mass destruction. The basic elements of this offence are treated in correlation with the provisions of international acts to which Republic of Moldova has adhered. Besides, the article contains some proposals of a law in the field. |
