In this article, based on the original materials, the attitude of the teaching staff and students of higher education institutions of the Moldavian SSR towards the Soviet power, and the reaction of the authorities will be examined and analyzed. Indicative stages of periodization: The first (1943 / 1944-1956) - the period when students and pedagogues expressed dissatisfaction especially with living conditions, but expressed sympathy for the West and the Western way of life. The second (1956-1961) was caused by the events in Hungary and was characterized by the dissatisfaction of some teachers with living conditions in the USSR, and by students - the boycott of several measures of the authorities and calls to follow the Hungarian example. Third (1961-1973): the formation of anti-Soviet organizations in higher education institutions, in which the decisive role was played by pedagogues and students. Fourth (1973-1987): from the destruction of the opposition nucleus at the Polytechnic Institute to the development of restructuring processes in the republic. It is characterized by increasingly public and harsh anti-Soviet actions on the part of student-opponents, the establishment of ever closer relations with foreign students. Fifth (1987-1991): from the involvement of students in the activity of informal associations to the collapse of the Soviet regime. It is characterized by the active participation of students and pedagogues in the activity of public associations, especially in the patriotic movement. reconciliation. |
