The development of the capital market represents the essential component of the restructuring process of the economic system. The stock exchange is one of the most important institutions of the market economy, a segment of the financial economy, an organized, transparent and supervised secondary market where transactions concerning capital issues are traded. The main role of the stock exchange is to facilitate the found accumulation necessary for the finance of economic regulation. |
