| Rezumat | ||||||
This article aims to highlight the role of employer to ensure the right of employees to safety and health.
Safety is a system of measures and rules, binding on all participants in the work, aiming at applying the er-
gonomic criteria for improving working conditions and reduce physical exertion and appropriate measures
for women and youth work. The organization of protection and prevention, according to the Regulation
on the organization of activities of protection of workers at work and prevention of occupational risks is
performed by the employer. As part of its responsibilities, the employer shall take the necessary measures
for the safety and health of workers, including prevention of occupational risks, providing information,
training, also for the organization and means.
