| Rezumat | ||||||
This publication is dedicated to legal framework stipulated in special normative acts related to pensions
for certain categories of citizens (lawyers, prosecutors, town councillors, civil servants, militaries, aero-
nautic personnel), which underwent modifications and completions through the Law nr.56 of 09.06.2011
on modification and completion of some legislative acts. We have to mention that through publication of
the Law on July 1, 2011 in the Monitorul Oficial an objective, stipulated by the Program for stabiliza-
tion and economic revival of Republic of Moldova for the years 2009-2011 was achieved, and approved
of by the government ordinance nr.790 of 01.12.2009 on unification of pension age for all categories of
pensioners, i.e. bringing to standard age, which is reported in this publication.
