The creation of European Union – a historical initiative in favor of an “organized and viable Europe
without which „the peace in the world could not be saved”. This plan became a reality.
The Community Charter defines the social fundamental rights of the Community citizens and, in par-
ticular, those of the independent employees.
The Directive of the Concil Nr. 94/33 of June 24, 1994 represents a substantial progress, especially in
defining the labor of youth, children and teenagers.
