There are practically situations when individuals unemployed in entrepreneurial activities, provide enterprises with services and/or work. It should be noted that the employer regards such an income as wages which should suffer from the income tax as well as mandatory state of social and health insurance. Studying taxation and civil laws, we found out that different types of services require different tax regimes. |
