Lucrarea se bazează pe analiza a 494 de artroplastii primare şi 83 endoprotezări de reluare, efec-tuate pe parcursul anilor 1991-2004. Au fost folosite următoarele tipuri de proteze: Virabov („me-tal-metal”, necimentate – 10), Movsovici-Gavriusenco („metal-polietilen”, cimentate – 60), „Com-pomet” („metal-polietilen”, cimentate şi necimentate – 100), Ectropal (9), ESI („metal-polietilen”,cimentate şi necimentate – 205), Dnepropetrovsk” (necimentate -3), Stryker (necimentate – 96),Exater (cimentate – 11). Rezultatele la distanţă după artroplastia primară (1-13 ani), studiate la 204 bolnavi – (61%), conform scorului Harris, au constituit: excelente – 20,58%, bune – 50%, satisfăcă-toare – 23,52% şi proaste – 5,88%. Rezultatele după artroplastia de reluare sunt mai modeste.

The study is based on the analysis of 494 primary arthroplasties and 83 resumption cases of hip endoprosthesis during 1991-2004. The following types of prostheses were used: “Virabov” (“metalmetal”, non-cemented- 10); “Movshovici – Gavriushenco” (“metal – polyethylene”, cemented- 60); “Compomed” (“metal – polyethylene”, cemented and non-cemented- 100); “Ectropal” (“metal – polyethylene”, non-cemented- 9); “ESI” (“metal-polyethylene”, cemented and non-cemented – 205); “Dnepropetrovsc” (non-cemented – 3); “Stryker” (non-cemented 96); “Exeter” (cemented – 11). The results according to the Harris score after primary arthroplasties (1-13 years) studied at 204 patients (61%) are: excellent – 20,58%, good – 50%, satisfactory – 23,52% and bad – 5,88%. The results of resumption cases of arthroplasty are poor.
