As the object of study in this paper we chose the "public function theory". In terms of our state transition to a market economy, the replacement system with the administrative order is a necessary condition for establishing a rule of law. Legal regulation of public service was a very important step in passing «barrier totalitarian» initial time in this process as it approved the Law on Public Service no. 443‑XIII of May 4 1995. In the theme is played and ways of supplementing the public office, inspired me in this sense of law and the Labor Code 25 May 1973 with amendments of 20 September 2001. What made me choose to elucidating this theme is a subjective purpose, personnel, taking into account that I propose in future to work in this area and tackling public office will ease knowing the importance of public functions they have, how allocation to these paths and the termination of the relationship service.
