The childhood history represents a nightmare, from which we only began to weak up. The more we came back into the history, the more reduced was the level of the care offered to the child, the higher was the probability of those to be killed, abandoned, cruelly treated and sexually abused. Only at the beginning of the XX century the children’s situation attracted the attention of international community. The declarations regarding children’s rights were adopted by the League of Nations (1924) and UNO (1959). The essential topic attached to these declarations was child necessity to receive care and special assistance. It bears a progressive expressed character contributing to a distinct system foundation of international norms: children rights international protection, outlining in essence the first stage, the declaratory one, in this body evolution. |
