В статье определены пути совершенствования организационных основ осуществления контроля и надзора в сфере градостроительной деятельности. Обосновано, что пересмотр организационной структуры органов осуществления контроля и надзора в сфере градостроительной деятельности имеет важное стратегическое значение для дальнейшего развития уполномоченных субъектов в этой сфере. Отмечено, что усовершенствование организационной структуры напрямую зависит от управленческой деятельности, взвешенности и обоснованности управленческих решений. Сделан вывод, что независимо от того, о какой сфере общественных отношений идет речь, именно кадровое обеспечение является одной из наиболее важных организационных основ осуществления любой деятельности.

The author of the article has determined the ways of improving the organizational basis for the implementation of control and supervision in the field of urban planning. It has been substantiated that the revision of the organizational structure of control and supervision implementing agencies in the sphere of urban planning activity is of great strategic importance for the further development of authorized subjects in this sphere. It has been noted that the improvement of the organizational structure directly depends on the management activities, on the balance and reasonableness of management decisions. It has been concluded that, regardless of what area of public relations we are talking about, it is human resourcing that is one of the most important organizational foundations for carrying out any activity.
