В статье проводится сравнительно-правовое исследование конституционных основ политической системы постсоветских государств, выясняются их состав, основные подходы к закреплению, общие и особенные черты. Анализируются политические основы конституционного строя, конституционно-правовой статус граждан и их сообществ в политической системе, а также конституционная форма государства, местного самоуправления и гражданского общества. Обосновывается вывод, что в целом конституционные основы политической системы постсоветских государств создают вполне современный институциональный дизайн (как внутреннее сочетание и структурирование институтов политической системы), соответствующий лучшим зарубежным аналогам. Перспективы совершенствования политической системы в данном контексте заключаются не в реформировании ее конституционных основ, а в повышении реальности самой конституции

The article conducts a comparative legal study of the constitutional foundations of the post-Soviet states political system, clarifies their composition, main approaches to consolidation, common and special features. The political foundations of the constitutional system, the constitutional legal status of citizens and their communities in the political system, as well as the constitutional form of the state, local government and civil society are analyzed. The conclusion is substantiated that, in general, the constitutional foundations of the political system of the post-Soviet states create a completely modern institutional design (as an internal combination and structuring of the political system institutions) corresponding to the best foreign analogues. The prospects for improving the political system in this context are not in reforming its constitutional foundations, but in enhancing the reality of the constitution itself.
