The issue of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the Republic of Moldova should become a dialogue, not monologue continues to be an (often coercive and intolerant) of Western institutions to present Moldova as a bankrupt state for human rights. Thus, only finding the right balance between national and universal definition of human rights in Moldova can lead to social peace and prevent future tensions. During the period of independence in Moldova human rights have become extremely important in local political and academic discourse.
