The study includes a synthesis of data from native and foreign literature that reflects the latest research in obstetrics to study the problems caused by dynamic dystocia. The study was performed retrospectively and aimed at studying the data on the gynecological, obstetric and extragenital anamnesis, the evolution of the current pregnancy of the patients included in the study, the birth pattern, the birth complications, the fetal condition at birth and the comparative study of the fetus investigated, pregnancy, and impact on birth performance were assessed using the questionnaire method. The results of the study found that the incidence of dynamic distortion during 2017 at Municipal Clinical Hospital no.1 was 3.7% from the total number of 7476 births. Depending on the types of dystocia: the primary failure of the contraction forces – in 19.85%, the secondary insufficiency of the contraction forces – in 56.31%, the scoring failure – in 6.13%, the rapid births – in 4,07%, lightning births – 2.16%, discontinued uterine contractions – 0.36%, and colonic distractions – in 1.08% cases. Anamnestic-clinical data and pregnancy evolution have highlighted the risk factors in the occurrence of shortage of contraction forces. The pregnancy and labor data have estimated fetal-maternal complications. |
