Scopul prezentei lucrări este de a evidenţia specificul managementului logistic al unei firme turistice în rezolvarea problemelor şi planurilor de transportare a persoanelor pe rutele turistice internaţionale. Astfel, problema de organizare a transporturilor internaţionale de persoane pe rute turistice se planifică şi se realizează de către o firmă turistică cu autobuzele proprii sau contractate de la o firmă de transport auto. Transporturile turistice se realizează pe diferite tipuri de rute turistice, care se clasifică în categorii de utilizare a proceselor tehnologice de deplasare a persoanelor, evidenţiate după punctele de plecare şi destinaţie, direcţiile de deplasare a persoanelor şi variantele posibile de utilizare a autobuzelor și autocarelor. În concluzie, afirmăm că activitatea de transport constituie axa centrală a întregului sistem turistic național sau internațional. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the peculiarity of the logistics management of a tourist company in solving the problems and plans of transporting people on the international tourist routes. Thus, it considers the issue of organizing international transport for persons on tourist routes, which is planned and carried out by a tourist company with its own buses or with those contracted from a car transport company. The tourist transports are made on different types of tourist routes, which are categorized in different categories of use of technological processes for movement of persons, highlighted by starting point and destination, by directions of movement of persons and after possible variants by bus use and coaches. Concluding, we can state that transport activity is the central axis of the entire national or international tourism system.
