The article includes the investigation results on the modification in cloacae bursa index after the vaccination against infectious bursitis of chicken with intermediary strains of vaccines. It was established that the index of cloacae bursa of chickens aged till 45 days is growing. In our investigations, this index was bigger in the control group of chickens - 3, 07. The chickens, which were
vaccinated with intermediary strains of vaccines in combination with streptomycets’ biomass, showed a bursal index of 2,35-2,63. This confirmed the fact that the streptomycets’ biomass is an immune corrector and protects the properties and action of lymphoid tissue of cloacae bursa.
