Perinatal morbidity and mortality rate is high among pregnant women and women who gave birth for the first time, which are part of the “major perinatal risk”. This study was initiated to determine the influence of cardiac pathology on the course of pregnancy, birth and the condition of fetus in pregnant women with RMV. The study included 476 pregnant randomized depending on the presence of cardiac pathology and the degree of circulatory influence by NYHA. Pregnant women with RMV are at higher risk of complication of pregnancy (with dis-pregnancy by 4,5 times, with imminent abortion by 3,2 times, with preeclampsia by 4 times, with oligoamnios by 4,3 times) and birth (with contraction abnormalities by 3,5 times, with premature rupture of amniotic membranes by 1,7 times, with premature birth by 3,1 times). RMV increase the risk of birth of a hypotrophy child by 3,9 times and a child in asphyxia by 3 times. |
