Background: On the basis of previous research findings and views on the existence of three states bacteriocenosis of the intestine (sanogenic, intermediate and pathological) was proved the feasibility of using its intermediate state (dysbiosis) as a signal of health disorders in the body. Material and methods: In two series of experiments were examined the contents of the intestine. Were quantified the indicators of individual representatives of the intestinal microflora, in various states of the state Bacteriocenosis of the intestine. Results: The research results of the two series of experiments confirmed the possibility of recommending the use of the quantitative level of the studied genera of microorganisms for signaling the current state of health of the digestive tract (sanogenesis or pathological). The latter condition may be intermediate or final, and is expressed in the form of intestinal dysbiosis or general disorders (diarrhea). Concluzion: Bacteriocenosis of intestinal condition (sanogenic or pathological, as intermediate and final) characterizes the level of health of the body (high or poor). The status of intestinal dysbiosis and disorders in the form of diarrhea can be presented as specific indicators of the presence of pathological changes in health condition. The most informative is the existence of a permanent link between the health of the organism and the number of negative changes in the intestinal microflora. In this case is recommend to see the state of intestinal dysbiosis as a factor which signals the emergence of health irregularities. |
