Rezumat

This article is concerned to show that “Brainstorming” technique is interactive and effective in developing oral communicative competence which is aimed to practice oral communication. Oral communication refers to speeches, presentations, to an opportunity to communicate and interact with others pointing the major ability and skill of an up- to date personality. Forming-Developing-Evaluating the Oral Communicative Competence is imposed by the need to ensure the functional aspect of the competence of communicating in a foreign language and brainstorming is an accessible technique for developing communicative activities from various domains in different social contexts. Furthermore the ultimate aim of the foreign language class is to develop the students’ communicative skills through organizing activities that would stimulate the real-world exchanges. Brainstorming is basically a technique of decision making that can be employed in any situation where participation and communication are expected.
