The analysis of contractual relations between bus station, carrier and passenger is complex. Contractual transport relations have a regulatory framework that requires some concretization. The major issue is that the legislation contains multiple notions and syntaxes that essentially have the same meaning, but are used in different contexts, generating confusion and interpretation problems. Civil law is the „common law” for the regulation of transport relations and, as the institution of entrepreneurial activity lacks legal norms, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply. But even so, most of the relationships that arise in connection with carrying out the entrepreneurial activity in the field of road transport are governed by the rules of civil law.
