| Rezumat | ||||||
In the interwar period we see a large process of intake and dependacy of the social life. In the fascist states (Germany, Italy) and the totalitarian ones (USSR) this process got high proportions which created desastrous consequences. The evolution of the free education show the progress of the European countries’ school policy during the interwar period. If in the 19th century this process provided free education only for the primary school, then, in the 20th century, we see that some states offer help and facilities for poor children, such as textbooks, free school supplies and protection for the children who lack the pastoral care. This gave the possibility to every young person to have the ability to continue the secondary and high school. |
