The paper depicts the image of the personal experience of the researcher (consultant) about what was learned during the study advisory and analyzes how gained knowledge influences the personal development and the researcher’s career.Consultancy Study was conducted in an organization in order to identify ways and implementation of actions to encourage 'engagement''s employee (employee involvement).The paper presents a personal development plan prepared in accordance with identified areas for personal development. |
