Essential competence for learning English in a personalized learning system is social competence among others, which represents a combination of knowledge, abilities and attitudes adequate to each context. These are necessary for personal and professional development, for active implication in community life, to become an active and useful citizen in the democratic society. In personalized learning is important to create the unity of the group and develop the ability to work in small groups that increases the efficiency and performance. The group performance will be higher than individual performance in the case when all group members will be motivated to reach the group goals, to collaborate and coordinate the tasks. The social competence helps every personality to adjust rapidly to constant changes that appear in business and economical contexts, to succeed in the world of innovative transformations, productivity and competitiveness. |
