A common link between social expectancy and vocational realization has often been assumed. The purpose of this article is to reflect how social expectancy predicts the vocational achievement, which itself is a genetic variable at the individual or group levels. The social expectancy and vocational realization are very complex, as a puzzle that pieces by pieces should be analyzed to get a picture of things. In its terms the social expectancy integrates such variables as social policies that are adopted by society or countries, future social programs, political and economic country situation, country traditions and country historical development. Social expectation it is a multilevel individual approach as well as human society represent a group of people related to each other through persistent relations. These assumed relations have evidently stratified and dominant patterns where the vocational expectation fulfills the future prognosis, based on society experience. It is a temporal chain designed between society, expectancy, vocation and their realization |
