In this article it is argued that if we talk about the method to disseminate information on invention, the utility model, the industrial model or design, the variety of the plant, the topography of the integrated circuit without the consent of the author (the creator) or of his successor in title, until the official publica¬tion of the registration data, by a person that such information have been assigned or have become known in another way (the method provided by par.(1) art.1852 PC RM) – we do not that only the information on invention, the utility model, the industrial model or design, the variety of the plant, the topography of the integrated circuit are the immaterial object of the crime in question. It is also shown that, in case of the production of products marked with identical or similar signs that can be confused with the trademarks or the product names of origin, registered or whose registration is required on behalf of other persons for the products or services marking identical with those for which the brand (name of origin) was recorded - such products are categorized as the product of the analyzed offence; in turn, the materials or the raw material, from which these products are manufactured, will be the material object of the crime provided by par.(2) art.1852 PC RM.
