Causes of the most diverse and complex population movements occur and now acquire an unprec¬edented scale. Human trafficking violates every single right on a list of human rights, denying victims the basic right of freedom and expression. Robbing a human being of the basic right of being able to live their life the way they want to is a crime that should be punished in the harshest manner possible. In this study we make an attempt to provide some information to those concerned with traffic and how the state structures can and should be involved in tackling the phenomenon. |
