In the present article, it is concluded that the special legal subject of the crime under par.(1) art.2462 PC RM is the social relations of the production of those components, in those proportions or in those conditions that are established in the regarding normative documents. It is also revealed that the material object (immaterial) of the offence under par.(1) art.2462 PC RM is the raw materials, the materials or other pre-existing entities through which is made the forged product. It is established that the forged product is not the material object (immaterial) of the offence under par.(1) art.2462 PC RM, but is the consequence of the respective offence. At the time of the offense perpetration, the value of the product in question must exceed 2500 conventional units. If its value is less, applicable will be par.(1) art.283 of the Contravention Code. Similarly, it is shown that the potential victim of the offence specified at par.(1) art.2462 PC RM is the consumer (within the meaning of art.1 of the Law regarding the Consumer Protection).
