The article investigates the main aspects of civic education as a basis for the modernization of the Azerbaijan Republic. The author emphasizes the nature and role of the legal culture and the citizenship in the development of democracy. Argues the need and importance of legal education and civic education in strengthening the rule of law and the modernization of society. |
