In the State Archive of Ancient Documents from Russia (РГАДА) shall be kept multiple documents and valuable manuscripts of Dmitrie Cantemir. In the Fund 68 “Russia’s relations with Moldova and Wallachia” shall be kept Dmitrie Cantemir’s manifesto of passing under Russian protection, acts of Tsar Peter I for several
Moldavian boyars, Dmitrie Cantemir’s correspondence with Count Golovkin during the years 1712-1719. Fund 9 “Cabinet of Peter I” contains many letters by Dmitri Cantemir to Peter I. In 1374 Fund “Cantemirii” are many letters, calls, orders of receiving Dimitrie Cantemir under Russian protection. Fund 181 “Section of Manuscripts of the Library of the Moscow State Archives” includes several manuscripts written by Dimitrie Cantemir, such as “History of Moldavia and Wallachia”, “Hieroglyphic History”, “Chronicle of the
Moldo-Roman-Vlachs”, “History of Growth and Decline of the Ottoman Empire”. |
