The present study focuses upon the issue of the importance of cultural management in Moldova. It have underlined the role of culture in contemporary society, showing through this the priority of cultural identity as opposed to national identity. The existence of a series of scientific work and periodicals, cultural foundations, legal acts that describe cultural collaboration with other states, etc., have made this article possible. A study is proposed to promote cultural dialogue, without taking account of geopolitical interests, economics, etc., in this way showing the contribution of culture to the process of Euro-integration. The actual role of artists, writers, painters, musicians, artistic people, is to rediscover their identity in Europe through what they do. The reason they are considered the “message bearers” of Euro-integration through culture, culture becoming one of the most important parts of a free collaboration between all the countries in Europe.
