This article is dedicated to the musical dynasties M. Pester – M. Zeltser, A. Stadnitsky – T. Voitsehovsky who contributed greatly to shaping and development of professional performing art in the Republic of Moldova. Their productive teaching activities facilitated the establishment of the national violin, piano, and vocal schools. The successes of the Moldovan-American pianist Mark Zeltser, one of the greatest pianists of our time, area major
peak in the development of these dynasties. His concerts, audio recordings with the outstanding conductors Herbert von Karajan and Rudolf Barshaiare now part of the world wide musical patrimony. |
