| Rezumat | ||||||
It is a common finding in the literature that investment foster economic growth. In this paper, we study
empirically the direct and indirect transmission channels through which investment affects growth levels. Specifically, we focus on the effect of investment on production, consumption, credit, GDP, and other investment, and estimate the contribution of the various channels to the overall positive effect of investment on growth. |
