Professional self-awareness is directly connected to the pedagogical effectiveness of the teachers’ activity. The self-awareness is complex of attitudes towards your-self and your activity. Self-awareness has the role of self-control in professional activity. The development of the professional self-awareness is connected to the development of an individual style of work and compensatory professional adaptation to the professional environment. The destructive interaction with the pupils is a consequence of the insufficient professional development of the teacher and the low competence. |
