In the educational practice times removed of the current and forthcoming essential for teacher training is the didactic competence. All the achievements, successes, stagnation in the educational process was due to these core competencies, which include in its semantic area a complex of other skills: professional, scientific, psychological and psycho-pedagogical. Teaching competence refers to the ability of teacher to use sound knowledge in conducting. Thus, the efficiency of education in general is in direct relationship with teaching competence manifested. Today, in an era of globalization, Europeanization of the educational system, teaching competence has a crucial role in the initial training more than ever. A pedagogy of teaching skills bring them to the fore would relate effective learning/knowledge and practical life. The current approach can ensure the effectiveness of constructivist teaching vocational skills. In given article the focus is on these issues, focusing on various specialists' opinions. |
