In the article was researched The questions of the formation of senior civil service in the context of gender parity , analyzed the state of gender equality in the public service in general and in its highest body in particular. The author focused on the necessity to improve the mechanisms of formation and implementation of the national gender policy , gender parity in decision-making positions in government at various levels, offers recommendations for gender parity at the highest levels of public service. |
