Rezumat

It is obvious that every policy change entails significant changes, especially in the leadership positions. Practice is difficult to acceptable European standards and other states with consolidated democracy, but that seems to perpetuate us despite pressure from international bodies. It is true that in recent years it has experienced an attenuation, so through successive legislative changes but also because of a slight change in the attitude of the political class. Yet many of those who have been replaced by political criteria based access in the same manner and accept this change as a natural fact. There are many situations in which attempts presentation of removal from office due to incompetence, or some people leave the public to the private sector where higher revenues.
