The third dimension includes several sectoral activities by North Atlantic Treaty Alliance, but their exercise intensity tuning fork and not so discreetly indicates the universalist aspirations but rather denotes complementarity in relation to the first two sets of policies. We believe that the share of non-military policies can not be denied or reduced as help promote the Alliance’s policy, employment partnerships and solving specific problems, while constituting an additional support for turning strategic objectives. Cooperation in science and the environment is absolutely necessary and important because social projects carried out carries a substantial load, contributing to the exchange of results and the preparation of highly qualified professionals, provide employment and strengthen scientific partnerships, there is danger to the Republic of Moldova and became a catalyst for sustainable development of scientific research. However, seeking grants, scientists and experts from the Republic of Moldova should be within the limits set by the Alliance priorities and themes.
