The reslarch, bound to the organizatorical forms uithin of whose it is proceeding the multilateral diplomacy, involes a lot of dificultes. Not by accident, indiferend of fact that the international conferens are often applied in the diplomatical relations, tiel nowadays multiple problems bound to the their conveninq and progress werwnt studied in the necessary order by the science of international law. Of Course,in a way, these problems, were tackled by the law scientists from different states, but concering their works, ingeneral, and concering concrete conclusitions, it was reflected just that fact that they didn’t mentioned the evident difference between the folloreing institutions of the international law: intergouvernment negociations, international conferences and international organizations.
