The necessity of criminality struggle increasing and the role of preventive function in this process condition the importance of profound research of a large range of issues related to different
social subjects, especially police, for the purpose of crime prophylaxis in today’s conditions. In this period, it is important not only for the Republic of Moldova but also for all post-soviet
countries to organize the newest crime prophylaxis system, to improve the legislative basis that presupposes a large involvement of all social institutes in the process mentioned above. |
