In this article, analyzed the whole international system, which is affected from phenomenon with the name “Terrorism”. To combine the activity of the Organization Al-Qaida with the crafts of terrorism treated the complexes aspects witch maintaining till nowadays this international flange. In then beginning of 20th sentry the crime situation in Europe and USA was terrible, terrorists began to act in their specific way, using bombs, and other terrorist acts. Drugs begun to be a terrible illness of humanity, so people decided to unite in the face of crimes. The transnational terrorism that a real element of the XX-XXI cycle, the factors witch conditioned and the harmful effects, witch can lead at the apparition of other type of the danger – the threat of the nuclear terrorism.
