Rezumat

Labour protection constitutes a system of social-economic, organisational, technical, curative and prophylactic methods that is governed by the legislative and normative acts and that assure the workers security, that maintain health and capacity of work during the labour process. The persons that can enjoy the right to labour protection are the citizens of Republic of Moldova, foreign citizens, and persons without citizenship. The enterprises administration must assure healthy and safety labour conditions, to control the dangerous and unhealthy factors. The worker that injured his organism and health because of the (partial or complete) fault of the enterprise, also the members of the worker family that died because of a labour accident or because of a professional sickness have the right to damage reparation. In case of labour accident, the enterprise’s administration must investigate each labour accident and each case of professional sickness.
