The article reviews TNC (transnational corporations) as the main composition elements of economy of most countries, as leading force of their development and increase of effectiveness. Global tendencies of internationalization of production and capital, privatization and also liberalization of external trade centered TNC in the world economic development. As for now, TNC turned from an object into the subject of the international policy, actively participating in all the global processes that take place in the world. TNC along with industrially developed countries, widely show their worth in policy, economy, and in financiallyinvestment, information, scientifically- technical, military and ecological sectors. That’s why when Moldova is on its way out of the economic and political crisis, the leading task of the whole nation is to attract large-scale investors and TNC.
