The multilateral diplomacy is the most frequently used notion in the contemporary experience of the international organizations, which became full-fleged members of the international relations in the latest 50 years of the 20th century. It represents a complex of official relations between a great number of the participants in the international relations and their joint activity, diplomatic methods and means carried out in the framework of the international conferences, negotiations or organizations where as a rule the problems reflecting a general interest for all participants with the aim of finding the mutual solutions are considered.
