The accounting account, according to the law of Republic Moldova 113-XVI from 27.04.2007 years “ About the accounting account ”, it is necessary to conduct all legal and to the physical bodies, engaged entrepreneurial business. Negligence and discrepancy at conducting the accounting account can bring not small damage. In the given abstract problems of the account of work and a wages, questions of the organization of a payment at the enterprise, systems and forms of a payment, the account of working hours on an example of modern software product « 1С: Зарплата and Management of the Personnel 8.0» have been considered.
