The Moldovan education system, as well as the socio-economic one, presented in this paper through independent activity of financial audit, as any other domains, can not develop as closed sectors, non flexible at the demands of permanent changes, at actual provocations of the transaction which is still passed by us, and also at the evolutions specific for European and world area on certain directions. In this way, it is urgent to implement some processes of improving the situation in these sectors, processes based on the experience of developed countries, recognized on European and international levels, at the same time taking into account the specific conditions concerning the real assurance of quality in these two vital domains of the society. That is why, our aim in the domain of quality assurance, both for auditing activity and national educational system must be in correlation with references established and validated at European and world level like: the Excellency Model EFQM etc.
